Hi, I’m Megan!

I’ve always been curious about how we are the same and different, what motivates, what fills us up and makes our souls sing.  What do we share, and how do we connect?  What keeps us apart? How do we move on from heartbreak?

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I have been supporting individuals and families for over 10 years, but my path to becoming a therapist was a winding one.

I studied and worked in the creative arts for years. Then I found myself working with children and families to pay the bills, and that work was incredibly satisfying.  Inspired, I returned to graduate school at USC and have been working with individuals and families ever since.  Now as a parent myself, I am even more committed to supporting my clients through this brutal and amazing journey we call parenthood!

My style is empathic and warm, as we explore with compassion what hurts and how to heal. I integrate psychodynamic  psychotherapy with practical tools that help you reduce suffering while exploring the roots of the issue.

I want to help you feel better now, but also heal the deeper wounds that are causing the suffering.
